San Diego Esther Choi (and Jaymin Berg) $2.95M - $3.78M. What being pretty enough gets.
This is what I gathered on Esther Choi's property in San Diego $3,348,600
4 bd4.5 ba4,160 sqft. with an$2.95M - $3.78M.
It says they purchased the property for a little over 1.5 million dollars. To add onto this craziness, the nearby homes even reach 9 mil.
She's a Korean pastor's daughter who harassed me and quite possibly even bullied me after my brother had Facebook friended her.
I just can't get over how I ended up on psychiatric medications to calm my nerves after what she did...oh and, how I saw a medical patient exposed his private part at me from across the hallway.
She literally laughed maniacally. That's how I can best describe her. I've never seen her husband in person but what I gather is that he isn't a doctor/surgeon. How ridiculous. People like her can piss off.
I'm just a tad bit confused about property value. I looked up Amy Jun, twin sister of Laura Jun, in Porter Ranch, and question why isn't their property valued as high as Esther Choi and Jaymin Berg in San Diego. Amy and Laura Jun are married to doctors after all.
In evaluating what I witnessed and first handed experienced, I really do think Esther accounted for which church (mine or hers) would be best and optimize her experience in NYC similar to the way she transferred out of UCSD and into the nursing program at SDSU. Not only that, though, she behaved on campus in such a way to make think she was having an actual tantrum in public. I'd be embarrassed to to behave in the way that she did, not only as a Korean pastor's daughter but as I said before, as a decent human being. Sure, she's a Family NP at a respected university, but in terms of social etiquette and simple social norms, like being a considerate person, she breached them and failed to abide by them in public. In retrospect, I'm not even sure why she behaved the way she did and directed her emotions at me because that's a sure way to start a physical fight, which I'm not willing to partake in.
Whether it was the stress of her student loans, which I wasn't responsible for, or wanting to compare churches, she wasn't able to contain her emotions in public. Bad behaviors should be disapproved but I guess society lets pretty girls like her get away with those unacceptable behaviors.
